What's Your Word?

As we sit at the beginning of a new year and even bigger, a new decade, it’s the perfect time to reflect and set your intention.

Think of the things you hope to accomplish in the year ahead💭.

Dreams you’d like to pursue.

Goals you’d like to meet.

Intentions you’d like to set.

Being that we are at the beginning of the year 2020,
I challenge you to make a physical list of 20 things you’d like to make happen in the year ahead.

Big, small, anything!

✏️Actually write them down, manifest them into the universe.
Now look at that list and you’ll likely see a theme or trend.

Can you think of one word you can use to sum up your goals for 2020?
One word that you can use to focus on, to remind you of what you’re working toward, to guide you and to define your vision for the year?
One word.
Write that word down!

Make it your phone screen background!

Your computer background!

Put it on a whiteboard in your office!

Put it everywhere!

This word will take you where you’re headed and offer clarity along the path! 🙌🏻
This may take some personal reflection. But that’s what it’s about. Take the time to get real clear about where you hope to be on this day next year.

Every single year I choose a word.
A word to reflect upon.
A word to remind me of my focus.
A word to guide me.
A word to define my vision for the year.
This year I chose the word...

✨SIMPLIFY✨

It’s become clear that I need to find clarity and focus on what’s in front of me, and to do that I need to SIMPLIFY.
I have always been 100% growth focussed and, don’t get me wrong, this girl is still growing, but sometimes that focus led me in a million different directions, none of them really clear and never really all in on anything, which ultimately hindered the growth I crave.
It’s time to focus, connect and find clarity.
This year is about simplifying the clutter, focussing on the things that offer the most importance and removing or shifting focus away from that which doesn’t.
Simplifying so I can find clarity...
Personally.
In my family.
My marriage.
My business.
My life.
I am confident that this simplifying mindset will launch me in the direction I know I’m capable of going.
2020 WILL be my year!
Just watch!
