Bloom - Empowered Growth Program

BLOOM

BLOOM is a creative, connection-based wellness program designed to help young girls build confidence, emotional awareness, resilience, self-worth, and healthy coping skills in a safe and supportive environment.

Created and facilitated by author, wellness facilitator, and life coach Jodi Dancause, BLOOM was built from a deep belief that girls need spaces where they feel seen, supported, encouraged, and empowered to be fully themselves.

Through guided conversations, reflection, creativity, mindfulness, and connection, participants are given practical tools to help them navigate growing up in today’s world with confidence and self-awareness.

BLOOM focuses on nurturing the whole person - mind, body, and heart - while helping girls strengthen their voice, define healthy boundaries, build emotional resilience, and develop meaningful connections with themselves and others.

Each session is intentionally designed to be welcoming, non-clinical, creative, and engaging. Girls will participate in themed discussions, guided journaling, confidence-building activities, mindfulness practices, and hands-on creative projects they can take home.

Topics include:

  • Confidence & self-love
  • Emotional regulation
  • Healthy friendships & boundaries
  • Positive self-talk
  • Growth mindset
  • Navigating social media
  • Anxiety & coping tools
  • Goal setting & personal growth
  • Connection & belonging

Creative projects may include:

  • Vision boards
  • Journaling & reflection activities
  • Intention bracelets
  • Creative wellness projects
  • Seasonal crafts & mindfulness activities

BLOOM is designed for girls approximately ages 8–12, with groups thoughtfully organized by age and stage when needed.

No two BLOOM sessions are ever exactly the same. The program continues to evolve intentionally to meet the needs of returning participants while creating fresh experiences, meaningful conversations, and opportunities for growth.

These girls are not just the women of the future.
They are becoming who they are right now
